Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different style, the most efficient way for you to get it fast and avoid missing out on the correct size, is to place a new order for the correct size or new style and follow our returns policy to get a refund on the original order.
Returns
Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund. Please note that the refunded amount applies to product(s) only, any shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please Note:
- Made to order Akubra Hats (with a 4 month wait) & made to order (special sizes or non stock hats) Ozhatz leather, canvas & felt hats cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 3 business days. Please note it can take up to 4 business days for monies to appear in you account dependent upon your card issuer.

Also email a copy of the Australia Post tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty Products
We will replace items if they are faulty or damaged, contact us before returning product by email, and we will organise a postage label and upon inspection either a refund or exchange.
