We make no compromise in our quality – our reputation depends on it. We Guarantee all our Products against faulty workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. The Guarantee does not apply to faults caused by excessive wear, misuse or accidents.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

Ozhatz accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days (Enclose a copy of the original receipt/invoice)
Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition
Products that are made to Special Order cannot be exchanged / returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable, or cover the cost of return shipping on exchanges unless the return/exchange is a result of our error.

Orders to Australian destinations are shipped by parcel post delivery. Postage times within Australia takes approximately 2 to 6 days.
On-line orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time.
Postal rates for international destinations are calculated by weight.
Average delivery times for international orders are as follows:
Airmail 7-14 days
Economy 21-28 days
